By accessing or using the Yah™ platform — including our website, mobile apps, or services — you agree to the following legally binding Terms of Use. Yah™ is a privately governed mobility platform that upholds safety, truth, and ethical operation. Violations result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.
All user behavior must align with integrity. Lying, manipulation, or dishonesty are strictly prohibited. Yah™ reserves the right to permanently remove any account involved in falsehood or fraud without notice.
Each user must create only one (1) account using their real legal name and a clear, authentic profile photo. Fake, duplicate, or anonymous accounts are strictly prohibited.
Abuse, threats, harassment, or unsafe behavior in any form will not be tolerated. Yah™ enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy to protect all users and maintain platform safety.
Users (drivers and customers) must not exchange personal phone numbers, social media, or schedule in-person meetings outside of confirmed Yah™ rides.
All Yah™ customers must submit a tip after every ride. Refusing to tip may result in account restrictions or temporary suspension. Tipping is mandatory for all customers.
Yah™ drivers earn based strictly on mileage. They are not permitted to access customer payment details or platform-wide profit data.
To protect platform integrity:
• Customers cannot see driver earnings
• Drivers cannot see what customers pay
• Only the CEO has full visibility of both sides of the pricing model
Any sexual behavior, words, gestures, or physical conduct — whether subtle or explicit — will result in permanent removal from the Yah™ platform.
Once a ride is confirmed by the platform, customers may not cancel the ride under any circumstances.
Refunds are strictly denied in cases of:
• Missed rides
• No-shows
• Customer cancellations
Refunds are only granted if Yah causes a verified platform error. All other cases are final and non-refundable.
Repeated refusal or lack of response violates Yah™ platform rules and may lead to removal.
All administrative decisions — including approvals, bans, refunds, or user disputes — are final and not subject to appeal.
Yah™ does not offer emergency assistance or crisis response. If you are in danger, you must contact local emergency services in your country (e.g., 911, 112, 999).
🚫 Do not use the Yah™ platform for emergency help. Any attempt to misuse Yah for emergencies will result in permanent removal.
All Yah™ names, logos, texts, visuals, features, and platform elements are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying is strictly prohibited.
Yah™ must not be used to advertise products, recruit customers, build outside businesses, or initiate personal relationships.
Only one personal account is permitted per user. Multiple accounts are grounds for suspension or legal review.
Yah™ reserves the right to use automated detection systems to enforce bans without human review or warning.
Once a ride is assigned, drivers may not cancel the ride for any reason. Yah is a professional platform — not a gig app.

✅ Drivers must complete every assigned ride professionally and on time.
Violations will result in:
• Immediate account review
• Possible suspension or permanent removal from Yah
All user actions (logins, chats, earnings, rides, button clicks) are time-stamped and securely logged for safety and legal purposes.
Yah™ is a serious business platform. Emotional manipulation, baiting, or “testing” others will result in swift removal.
Yah™ reserves the right to take legal action against any user involved in platform abuse, fraud, false claims, or intellectual property theft.
Yah™ customers are not required to pay tax on any rides, bookings, or tips.
🛡️ Yah™ is a private platform, not a government tax entity.
Customers only pay the final ride price shown in the app or website — with no added tax.
✔ Tips are mandatory after each ride but are not taxed or reported by Yah™.
📌 If your country requires tax reporting for transportation expenses, that is your personal responsibility. Yah™ does not collect, store, or report any customer tax information.
The Yah™ CEO chooses to remain private to protect the platform’s:

• 📱 App features and flow
• 🧠 Business model

We do not share personal details to prevent copycats or imitation.
• Yah™ is a private platform — not a government service.
• All users (drivers and customers) must agree to Yah™ rules before joining.
• ❌ No one can sue Yah™, the platform, or the CEO — including copycats, accusers, or imitators.
• 🚫 Yah™ is not responsible for what users do during or after a ride.
• 📝 If you accuse, sue, or violate the agreement, your access will be permanently removed.
• ✅ Respect the platform or leave. Yah™ has full authority to protect its legal structure.
• All Yah™ rules, policies, and Q&A are private — shown only inside the Yah Driver App and Yah Customer App.
• ❌ These are not available on the public website to prevent copying or imitation.
• 📲 Drivers and customers can view them only after logging in and agreeing to the platform terms and Q&A.
• 🔒 No one has permission to copy, share, or reuse Yah’s platform design, wording, rules, features, creative ideas, or anything else.
• 🛡️ Yah™ will permanently remove any user who attempts to steal or imitate the platform.
• ⚖️ Yah™ will take legal action and sue any company or individual who copies or steals Yah’s platform structure, original pricing names with unique ideas, ride types, creative titles, or proprietary word lists.
The Yah™ platform is legally protected. Every element — visual, written, and functional — is original and may not be reproduced under any circumstance.
All Yah™ platform materials — including ride types, pricing structure, design, wording, rules, features, and internal Q&A — are fully original and legally protected.
• Shown only inside the Yah Driver App and Yah Customer App
• Viewable only after login and agreement to Yah’s platform terms
• Not to be copied, reused, quoted, or shared under any condition
• Yah™ will permanently block any user who attempts to steal, imitate, or clone the platform
• Yah™ will take legal action and sue any person or company that copies Yah’s:
• Unique pricing system (per-minute + per-mile)
• Original ride names (YahLink, YahGo, etc.)
• Proprietary lists, rules, and protected words
• Structure, flow, logic, or app experience
Every part of the Yah™ platform is protected — visually, legally, and structurally.
No reproduction or imitation is allowed under any circumstance.
Yah™ reserves all rights to content, pricing, rules, and platform authority. No user may claim ownership, make edits, or copy internal materials.
Any violation of Yah™ rules may result in automatic suspension or permanent deletion without prior notice.
All user disputes must go through Yah Admin only. Legal courts are not permitted unless Yah™ gives written approval.
No attorney, agency, or outside party can act on behalf of Yah™ users without written consent.
Yah™ is a fully original platform. All design, pricing names, features, wording, structure, and creative ride types are legally protected and may not be copied, imitated, reused, or modified in any way.
🛡️ This Includes (but is not limited to):
• Custom ride categories like YahLink™, YahWoman™, YahTravelElite™, etc.
• Proprietary pricing structure (CEO per-minute / Driver per-mile)
• Unique platform features, word lists, and titles
• Platform rules, Q&A, customer/driver agreements, and internal policies
• Visual layout, wording, functionality, and internal logic
• Yah™ rules, documents, and ride details are not available on any public website
• Drivers and customers must log in and agree to terms to view them
• Any attempt to copy or imitate Yah™ will be permanently banned and legally pursued
Yah™ will take full legal action against any person or company who:
• Steals ride names, pricing methods, platform structure, or wording
• Uses Yah’s ideas to build, mimic, or pitch another app or service
• Violates trademark, copyright, or creative protection in any form
Yah™ is not a clone. It is not a gig app. It is a protected, private, and visionary business — and all violations will be prosecuted.
All drivers on the Yah™ platform are independent contractors. You are not an employee of Yah™ and are responsible for your own business activities. This means:
• No employee benefits
• No employer tax withholdings
• No W-2 or payroll processing
Yah™ does not provide:
• IRS Forms
• W-2 Forms
• 1099 Forms
Any national tax document in any country
⚠️ You are fully responsible for tracking, reporting, and paying your own taxes according to your local laws.
Depending on where you live, you may be required to file annual tax returns or report your earnings.
• Countries where tax reporting is usually required include:
🇺🇸 United States, 🇬🇧 United Kingdom, 🇩🇪 Germany, 🇫🇷 France, 🇯🇵 Japan, 🇨🇦 Canada, 🇮🇳 India, 🇧🇷 Brazil, 🇰🇷 South Korea, 🇲🇽 Mexico, 🇦🇺 Australia, etc.
• Countries with no personal income tax include:
🇦🇪 UAE, 🇶🇦 Qatar, 🇧🇭 Bahrain, 🇰🇼 Kuwait, 🇧🇸 Bahamas, 🇲🇨 Monaco, 🇻🇺 Vanuatu, 🇰🇾 Cayman Islands, 🇴🇲 Oman, etc.

By accepting and completing rides on Yah™, all drivers agree to:
• Handle their own tax responsibilities
• Release Yah™ from all tax liability
• Not pursue legal action against Yah™ for any tax-related consequences
Yah™ does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial consulting. We strongly encourage all drivers to speak with a licensed advisor in their own country or jurisdiction.
Driving on Yah™ does not create any legal, financial, or employment relationship between Yah™ and the driver.
Each driver is operating independently as a solo service provider using Yah™ tools. Yah™ is a tech platform — not a hiring company.
Drivers are not eligible for unemployment, disability, health coverage, or pension from Yah™.
Yah™ does not assist in filing taxes, calculating earnings, or communicating with any government agencies.
By signing up and completing rides, the driver fully accepts tax and legal responsibility in their own country.
